Role Overview: As a Project Manager within our technology teams, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of projects across various clients and industries. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that projects are executed efficiently, meeting client requirements and organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution: Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of technology projects for various clients, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client expectations.
- Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements, provide regular updates, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Resource Allocation: Coordinate with resource managers to allocate personnel, equipment, and materials required for project execution, considering the needs and constraints of each client engagement.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to project success, proactively addressing challenges and ensuring project delivery remains on track.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of deliverables and client satisfaction.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and expenses, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions to ensure projects are delivered within budgetary constraints.
- Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment conducive to achieving project goals.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project management function, identifying opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and methodologies to better serve clients and improve project outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in project management roles within technology teams, preferably in a consulting or staffing environment.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Microsoft Project).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Strong leadership abilities, with experience leading and motivating cross-functional project teams to achieve project objectives.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master) are a plus.
