Position: Program Manager – Global HR Transformation
Location: Remote (U.S. preferred; Colorado-based candidates ideal for occasional on-site collaboration)

Reports to: Senior HR Executive
Overview:
Our client is undergoing a major global HR transformation initiative aimed at reimagining how HR services are delivered across the enterprise. We’re seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead this high-impact initiative. The ideal candidate will bring structure, governance, and strategic execution to a complex program involving five major workstreams—each managed by individual Project Managers. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder engagement to bring it all together.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Integration & Oversight
- Own the integrated program plan, driving alignment across HR Tech, HR Ops, Service Delivery, and Process initiatives.
- Lead and participate in weekly check-ins with workstream PMs.
- Manage risk log, dependency maps, and integrated project timelines.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Serve as the main point of contact for executive stakeholders and global HR leaders.
- Ensure clear, consistent updates on status, risks, and decisions.
- Change Management & Enablement
- Collaborate on change strategy, communication plans, and training rollouts.
- Guide adoption efforts across global teams.
- Governance & Reporting
- Implement governance structures for accountability and performance tracking.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership, including KPIs and milestone tracking.
- Operational Excellence
- Facilitate lessons learned, promote continuous improvement, and leverage best practices from past transformations.
Qualifications:
- Proven success managing global, enterprise-wide transformation programs.
- Experience coordinating multiple project managers across interconnected workstreams.
- Background in HR, shared services, or enterprise transformation programs (finance, operations, or tech).
- Strong command of program governance, issue/risk management, and status reporting.
- Expert-level communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, or similar.
Preferred:
- Experience with GBS (Global Business Services) or HR service delivery model redesign.
- Ability to navigate large, matrixed organizations with multiple global stakeholders.
- HR domain experience is helpful but not required.
