We’re partnering with an enterprise client to hire a Financial Systems Analyst (ERP) who will sit at the intersection of Finance and IT. This role supports and enhances core ERP financial modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets) while helping modernize the organization’s ERP environment.
This is a true Business Systems Analyst role—not a pure reporting or BI position. Ideal candidates bring ERP experience, strong finance process knowledge, and the ability to work directly with business stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with Finance leaders to understand processes and translate them into ERP solutions
- Configure and support ERP financial modules with strong governance and controls
- Lead requirements gathering, workshops, and functional documentation
- Translate business needs into functional specs and system designs
- Collaborate with PMs, Developers, QA, and other BAs in an Agile environment
- Perform system configuration, testing, and validation
- Create process documentation and training materials
- Support data analysis using SQL and modern data tools
- Serve as a subject?matter expert for assigned financial systems
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in a Business Systems Analyst or Financial Systems role
- Hands?on ERP experience with at least one financial module (AP, AR, GL, or FA)
- Experience with JD Edwards, Dynamics, or other enterprise ERP platforms
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Excellent communication and stakeholder?management skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) a plus

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $110,000 – $125,000 (location, skills, and experience dependent)
- 6% annual bonus (80% company / 20% individual performance)
