Position Summary
Our client, who is in the energy space is looking for an ERP Project Manager to support the implementation of Oracle ERP. Reporting to the Head of PMO, you’ll lead key workstreams around Finance, HR, and Procurement system integration, working closely with IT, data, and business stakeholders to deliver structured, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities
• Drive and coordinate ERP-related IT initiatives (starting with Finance, followed by HR and Procurement)
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and vendor collaboration for ERP data migration, integration, and reporting
• Work across business and technical teams to ensure effective handoff and solution ownership
• Support change management efforts across the organization (in partnership with external consultants)
• Provide visibility and reporting on project status, risks, and priorities
• Operate in a waterfall environment while incorporating best practices for structure and governance
• Assist with resource intake, prioritization, and the development of project standards
Minimum Experience
• 5+ years of professional experience in IT project management
• Experience leading cross-functional IT initiatives; ERP experience is helpful but not required
• Strong communication skills; comfortable interfacing with technical and business leaders
• Ability to manage complexity, vendors, and multiple stakeholders
• Experience with Smartsheet or similar PM tools
• A self-starter who thrives in environments with limited existing structure
• Strong understanding of IT integrations and business systems
Salary / Wage Range
$45.00—$75.00/hour
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown. The Doyle Group offers a competitive rewards package, which includes a 401k, healthcare coverage and other benefits.
