The Doyle Group is partnering with a global technology organization seeking a Director of HR Technology & Analytics to lead the strategy, governance, and evolution of its enterprise HR technology ecosystem. This leader will drive the vision and roadmap for HR systems, ensuring scalable, data-driven solutions that support business growth and deliver modern employee experiences.
Role Overview
The Director, HR Technology & Analytics provides strategic leadership for the organization’s global HR technology platforms, with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors and enterprise HR data strategy. This role is responsible for overseeing system functionality, integration, analytics, governance, and the implementation of new capabilities across the HR technology landscape.
This leader will collaborate closely with HR Centers of Excellence, HR Operations, and IT to design and implement solutions that align HR strategy with enterprise technology. The role bridges HR operations and technology execution, ensuring systems are efficient, scalable, and capable of supporting global workforce initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a transformational leader with deep expertise in HR systems, strong project and team leadership experience, and a passion for leveraging technology, data, and analytics to enhance HR service delivery and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a global HR technology strategy and roadmap that supports business growth and delivers exceptional employee experience.
- Lead and manage the organization’s SAP SuccessFactors platform, including modules such as Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance, Goals, Learning, and Compensation.
- Drive the implementation and ongoing optimization of Employee Central and other strategic HR technology initiatives.
- Partner with HR leaders across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards, and HR Operations to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.
- Collaborate with IT to define and maintain HR technology architecture, integrations, and data governance standards.
- Oversee multiple HR technology initiatives simultaneously, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Lead and develop the HRIS team, providing guidance, mentorship, and direction to support system optimization and project delivery.
- Manage vendor relationships with HR technology providers and consulting partners, including contracts, service level agreements, and performance management.
- Oversee HR reporting and analytics, enabling leadership with actionable insights through dashboards, reports, and workforce metrics.
- Support the design and delivery of user training, documentation, and adoption programs for HR systems.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes through automation, workflow optimization, and improved data accessibility.
- Monitor industry trends and evaluate emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, self-service platforms, and advanced analytics to enhance HR capabilities.
- Serve as the organization’s global HR data champion, ensuring accuracy, governance, and strategic use of workforce data.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in HRIS, HR technology, or related IT roles.
- 3–5 years of leadership experience managing HRIS or HR technology teams.
- Deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, including multiple modules such as:
- Employee Central
- Recruiting & Onboarding
- Performance & Goals
- Learning Management
- Compensation Management
- Demonstrated experience leading SAP SuccessFactors implementations or major system transformations.
- Strong project management experience delivering complex, cross-functional technology initiatives.
- Solid understanding of HR business processes, terminology, and best practices.
- Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications and scalable system solutions.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate with leaders across HR, IT, and executive teams.
Preferred (But Not Required) Skills
- Experience designing or leading enterprise HR technology strategy and roadmap initiatives.
- Knowledge of HR data governance frameworks and enterprise system integrations.
- Familiarity with Business Process Management and workflow optimization.
- Experience leveraging AI, machine learning, or advanced workforce analytics within HR systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience using Microsoft Project or other project management tools.
