Change Manager
We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead and facilitate organizational change initiatives within our company. The Change Manager will play a critical role in ensuring that changes are successfully planned, implemented, and adopted across various departments and teams. This role involves creating and executing change management strategies, communications, and plans to minimize resistance and promote the successful adoption of change.
Key Responsibilities:

  1. Change Management Strategy:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies that align with the organization’s objectives and values.
    • Identify potential risks and challenges related to change and proactively plan mitigation strategies.
  2. Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Engage with key stakeholders across the organization to build support for change initiatives.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with leaders, managers, and employees to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  3. Change Planning and Execution:
    • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of change initiatives, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
    • Ensure that change projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  4. Communication and Training:
    • Develop and deliver clear and effective communication plans, messages, and materials to keep employees informed about upcoming changes.
    • Collaborate with training teams to design and deliver training programs that address the skill and knowledge gaps related to the change.
  5. Change Adoption:
    • Monitor and assess the progress of change initiatives, including tracking key performance indicators and success metrics.
    • Identify and address resistance to change, providing coaching and support to individuals and teams as needed.
  6. Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain documentation of change management plans, activities, and outcomes.
    • Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate the status of change initiatives to stakeholders and senior management.
  7. Continuous Improvement:
    • Collect feedback and lessons learned from change initiatives to improve future change management processes.
    • Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in change management.

Qualifications:

Salary / Wage Range
$60 – $70 per hour
