We are seeking a proactive and strategic Project Change Manager to join our clients team and drive transformative change initiatives across the organization. In this role, you will collaborate closely with project teams, leadership, and stakeholders to implement effective change management strategies that optimize project success and foster a culture of innovation and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Change Management Leadership:
    • Provide change management coverage for projects requiring behavioral, procedural, or technological change.
    • Conduct change risk analysis, gap analysis, stakeholder engagement, and communications planning to ensure smooth adoption of changes.
  2. Low-Impact Project Leadership:
    • Lead change management efforts for low-impact projects under the guidance of the Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead.
  3. Change Coaching and Execution:
    • Coach project teams in executing change activities and employ appropriate change management tools (e.g., C Card, Training Needs Analysis, Change Impact Assessment, Stakeholder Analysis).
  4. Innovation Promotion:
    • Foster an innovation culture that embraces flexibility and adaptability in change delivery to suit project requirements.
  5. Collaboration and Partnership:
    • Collaborate with the OCM Lead to develop and execute communication and training activities at the portfolio level.
  6. OCM Promotion:
    • Assist in promoting Organizational Change Management (OCM) practices across the organization to enhance change readiness and effectiveness.
