We are seeking a highly experienced and forward-thinking AI Enterprise Architect to lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions across the organization. This role will focus on leveraging Artificial Intelligence, including GenAI technologies, machine learning (ML), natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision to drive digital innovation and solve complex business problems. As a strategic partner, the AI Architect will ensure alignment between AI capabilities and organizational goals, bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution.
Technical Leadership
- Define and implement AI architecture, frameworks, and roadmaps to support enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Evaluate and select AI tools and platforms to meet business requirements.
- Supervise the development, training, and deployment of language models—both large and small-scale.
- Integrate AI capabilities into existing business systems, ensuring alignment with internal policies and best practices.
- Design scalable, secure, and maintainable AI solutions.
- Stay current on AI/ML innovations and introduce new technologies to the organization.
- Maintain strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, including deployment of PaaS and SaaS applications.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with external vendors and partners for AI solution delivery.
Project Execution
- Define project scope, objectives, and KPIs to align with business goals and ensure ROI.
- Develop and manage AI project plans, timelines, and deliverables for enterprise GenAI platform initiatives.
- Anticipate and address risks such as data limitations, performance issues, or regulatory compliance.
- Ensure AI development adheres to ethical standards and data privacy regulations.
- Champion responsible and strategic use of AI across business functions.
Team Collaboration
- Act as the central point of contact among AI researchers, engineers, product managers, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate communications between IT and business units to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Lead and organize work across onsite and offshore development teams.
- Foster a collaborative team environment and remove barriers to success.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in AI development, architecture, or data science roles.
- Proven expertise in AI and GenAI frameworks, including deep learning, NLP, and computer vision.
- Proficient in Python, .NET, and R.
- Deep understanding of Azure and AWS cloud environments, APIs, and microservices architecture.
- Experience with AI tools such as Azure AI Foundry, Ollama, and Databricks.
- Strong background in architecting AI solutions using both on-premise and cloud-based technologies.
- Familiarity with big data tools like Hadoop and Apache Spark.
- Hands-on experience managing projects using Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Trello.
- Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Working knowledge of AI ethics and regulatory standards.
- Proficient in cloud architecture and data engineering principles.
Preferred Skills
- Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in a relevant field.
- Experience in high-scale AI deployments in enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with ROI analysis and strategic KPI development for AI initiatives.
