About the Role
We're looking for a sales-driven and relationship-oriented Account Manager to join our growing team. This person will identify new business opportunities, build meaningful client relationships, and drive growth within our IT consulting and staffing services. You’ll work alongside a supportive recruiting/delivery team and be equipped with a proven sales process and the tools you need to succeed.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and engage IT decision-makers (CIOs, VPs, Directors, etc.) through email, phone, Zoom, and in-person meetings
- Cultivate and grow new and existing client relationships, maintaining a long-term, consultative approach
- Use industry research to provide value-driven insights and share relevant content (case studies, blog posts, etc.) with prospective clients
- Understand each client’s IT roadmap and identify opportunities where our services can support their objectives
- Collaborate closely with our recruiting/delivery team to align talent with client needs
- Manage the full sales cycle, including rate/fee negotiations and SOW discussions
- Track activities in our CRM (Bullhorn), submit weekly reports, and maintain a healthy pipeline
- Conduct regular consultant check-ins post-placement to ensure long-term success
- Stay on top of market trends, industry shifts, and client needs to ensure alignment

- Keeping your recruiting team motivated and aligned with your project needs
- Growing your book of business while driving consistent revenue
Qualifications & Experience
- 2-8 years of experience in a sales related role, preferably selling B2B services
- Strong track record of sales success and meeting/exceeding goals
- Familiarity with the technology landscape and industry terminology
- Experience managing a book of business or key accounts
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
