Account Director/ Manager
Requirements:
- At least 7 years progressive recruitment -> account management experience (ideally have been promoted from recruiter to account manager)
- Should have worked at large IT staffing company with the following characteristics.
- Split desk (Account Manager / Recruiter are undertaken by separate people)
- Progressive recruitment
- Metric driven.
- President’s Club level performance
- Stability
- Median tenure of >3 years across all roles
- Active candidates include current role.
- Passive candidates do not include current role.
- Experience Selling in the Federal Domain a plus.
- Experience leading sales and recruitment teams of 5+ people
Account Manager Resume Review Requirements
- Same as Account Director, but experience requirement is minimum 3 years of Account Management. And there is no requirement to have managed a team.

Salary, $80,000-$200,000
