Recognizing the urgency and complexity of the project, The Doyle Group followed a rigorous and efficient process to deliver the right resources. Within just one week, we sourced and presented four well-qualified candidates for a QA Tester role, all thoroughly vetted for technical expertise and cultural fit. While this was the project leader’s first experience working with a nearshore QA resource from Mexico, we worked closely with their team to address concerns and build
trust.

After three sets of interviews, the client selected a highly skilled QA Tester, whose time zone alignment and exceptional technical capabilities ensured seamless collaboration. Additionally, The Doyle Group had placed a QA Test Manager to oversee the testing strategy and ensure
alignment with project goals. Together, the QA Test Manager and onshore lead oversaw test planning and stakeholder coordination, while the nearshore QA Tester focused on day-to-day testing of the integrations and mitigating risks.

The Results

The nearshore approach saved significant time and effort, as the client only needed to interview a few pre-screened candidates. And the results were transformative. The
nearshore QA Tester and QA Test Manager provided high-quality testing support, reducing project costs and meeting tight deadlines. All integrations were successfully tested and validated, allowing Ball to allocate resources to other critical initiatives while exceeding expectations and alleviating hesitations about working with a nearshore resource.
