This is a contract engagement based in Broomfield, CO or Brooklyn Park, MN, with strong potential for extension and future conversion as the team’s needs solidify. Core working hours align to Mountain Time, with little to no expectation of after-hours or weekend coverage.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
| RESPONSIBILITIES |
- Manage and prioritize application support tickets, service requests, and incidents through the corporate ITSM platform.
- Provision, modify, and deprovision user accounts, roles, and group memberships across a broad set of enterprise SaaS applications.
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers by ensuring timely, accurate application access.
- Troubleshoot application and access issues, escalating to senior administrators or vendors when needed.
- Monitor application availability and respond to issues affecting users or business operations.
- Perform routine application administration and maintenance activities following established procedures.
- Support user validation, testing, and verification for application changes, updates, and enhancements.
- Document incidents, resolutions, and standard operating procedures to build out the team’s knowledge base.
- Communicate clearly and proactively with end users on request status, timelines, and resolutions.
- Partner with application owners, vendors, and other IT teams to resolve issues and fulfill requests.
- Assist with application upgrades, implementations, and rollouts in a supporting capacity, building toward greater ownership over time.
- Participate in change management activities, following established change-control procedures.
- Help maintain application inventories, licensing records, and configuration documentation.
- Contribute to knowledge articles and training materials that reduce recurring support requests.
| MINIMUM EXPERIENCE |
- 1+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, or IT service operations — ideally including some application administration experience beyond general help desk or desktop support.
- Experience working within a ticketing or service management platform (ServiceNow experience a plus).
- Working knowledge of user account administration, identity management, and access provisioning, including:
- Comfort provisioning users, managing roles and permissions, and handling group memberships
- Exposure to identity platforms such as Active Directory and/or Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Familiarity with Linux operating environments, with hands-on configuration experience preferred.
- Demonstrated troubleshooting ability across software, application, or user access issues.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a genuine customer-service orientation.
- Ability to follow documented processes and procedures while knowing when to escalate.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ticket-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
- Due to national security requirements tied to this engagement, candidates must not be a People’s Republic of China national or Russian national unless also a U.S. citizen.

- Prior experience supporting enterprise SaaS platforms such as Smartsheet, Atlassian tools, Salesforce, Workday, Box, GitHub, DocuSign, or similar business applications.
- Experience with role-based access controls and user lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with ITIL service management principles and incident management processes.
- Experience creating documentation, standard operating procedures, or knowledge base content.
- Exposure to enterprise software deployment or change management processes.
- Experience coordinating with software vendors or third-party support teams.
- A track record of taking on increasing responsibility and growing within past roles or engagements.
| SALARY / WAGE RANGE |
$34-57/hour
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, location, and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown.
