•    Translate high-level business problems and innovation ideas into actionable product strategies and roadmaps.
•    Build and manage a detailed, iterative product roadmap focused on delivering core functionality from MVP to full platform maturity.
•    Define and refine epics, user stories, and clear acceptance criteria to guide development and business activities.
•    Own and manage the Agency Console product backlog, prioritizing workstreams across new features, technical debt, operational support, and bug resolution.
•    Partner with UX, research, and business analyst teams to validate user needs, technical requirements, and market opportunities.
•    Collaborate with architects and engineers to design scalable solutions aligned with enterprise technical strategy.
•    Understand developer workflows and pain points to improve team velocity and enhance the overall developer experience.
•    Establish outcome-based success metrics to measure impact and inform future product decisions.
•    Support agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives in close partnership with Scrum Masters.
•    Act as a liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership, ensuring alignment, transparency, and timely communication.
•    Lead discovery sessions and story mapping exercises to shape both current and future state requirements.
•    Provide structure and delivery best practices to a team that requires improved backlog hygiene, story writing, and prioritization processes.
•    Proactively identify and manage cross-team dependencies, collaborating with tech leads to ensure timely delivery.
•    Communicate the rationale behind product decisions and guide stakeholders through MVP definition and prioritization.
•    Adapt the roadmap based on user feedback, evolving business needs, and technical learnings.
•    Support quality assurance efforts and sprint reviews to validate work and demonstrate progress to stakeholders.
•    Leverage tools such as Jira, GitLab, Asana, and Miro for backlog management, collaboration, and documentation.
•    Demonstrate high emotional intelligence, independent problem-solving, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.
Minimum Experience
•    3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an agile environment.
•    Demonstrated ability to translate strategic business goals into actionable development plans.
•    Strong understanding of technologies, developer tools, and technical system design.
•    Experience defining and measuring outcome-based success metrics.
•    Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, UX, data science, and business leadership.
•    Excellent communication, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
•    Ability to lead through ambiguity and adapt to evolving priorities.
•    Familiarity with Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.

Additional Plus:
•    Salesforce platform familiarity (ideally with lead management and policy processing workflows).
•    Prior experience in insurance, fintech, or compliance-heavy industries.
•    Exposure to tools such as Jira, GitLab, Asana, and Miro.
