Position Summary
Our client, who is in the worker’s comp. space is looking for a Sr. Salesforce Administrator to join their team. As a Salesforce Administrator, you’ll be a key player in both new project work and supporting the daily business operations for our customer-facing users. You will solve complex problems by leveraging your knowledge of systems and processes and will champion efforts to drive efficiency and process improvement. You’ll troubleshoot and work with team members to ensure that Salesforce meets their needs and keeps pace with changes in operations, policies, and/or procedures. This role has a wide variety of responsibilities, and in this environment, you can expect to grow and evolve – sometimes on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing data quality management, profiling, processes, and execution for the entire platform
- Provide Tier 2 support for production Salesforce orgs for internal users
- Administrating the security, control, and access for all users and teams on the platform.
- Log and track identified system issues through resolution and providing day-to-day technical support
- Assist with configuration and continuous improvement of Salesforce.
- Work with the team to assist with managing workflow rules, validation rules, field updates, and validators.
- Providing report and dashboard training and where needed assisting users with Report/Dashboard design and management.
- Provide guidance and advice to Pinnacol’s operations team regarding use and changes of Salesforce.
- Develop, document, and implement training for team members on processes, policies, application configuration, and related materials.
- Sandbox and release management which includes Gitlab, Gearset, and Own Backup software.
- Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports.
- Understanding of basic triggers/Apex code knowledge
- Communicate and partner effectively with a variety of team members across the team.
- Monitor and analyze business results and reports, and identify areas for improvement
- Adhere to Lean principles involved in process improvement activities/projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Experience
- Have a current Salesforce Administrator certification. Platform App Builder and/or Advanced Admin certification is a plus.
- 4-5 years experience working as an administrator in a production Salesforce environment

Pay Rate
$60.00 – $70.00 per hour and depending on experience
Final compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown. This role also offers a competitive rewards package, which includes a 401k, healthcare coverage and other benefits.
