We’re seeking a Senior IT Project Manager who can bring structure, confidence, and steady leadership to complex initiatives while helping mature a growing PMO. This role is ideal for a delivery leader who thrives in environments where outcomes matter more than strict methodology labels — someone who can blend Agile, Kanban, and traditional approaches to fit the challenge at hand.
You’ll lead enterprise-level initiatives across integrated platforms and customer-facing systems (including ERP/JDE-adjacent programs), while mentoring emerging PM talent and helping shape delivery culture and standards.
What You’ll Lead
- End-to-end ownership of complex technology initiatives — planning, execution, forecasting, risk management, and executive-level reporting
- Cross-functional collaboration across business, engineering, and operations teams
- Facilitation of leadership workshops, planning sessions, and decision-making forums
- Evolution of delivery practices — adapting frameworks to fit the problem rather than forcing process
- PMO maturity efforts — coaching junior PMs (2 currently), strengthening communication and execution cadence
- Use of modern delivery tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, Miro, Lucidchart, and MS Project to increase visibility and predictability
Qualifications
- 8+ years leading complex IT programs (platforms, integrations, digital systems, or cloud initiatives)
- Proven ability to deliver in fluid environments where priorities shift and approaches must adapt
- Experience influencing outcomes across business and technical teams without formal authority
- Strong executive presence, communication skills, and situational awareness
- Background contributing to PMO or delivery-model development
- PMP / CSM / PSM or similar certifications are a plus — but demonstrated results matter most

Compensation & Conversion
Contract-to-hire with a targeted conversion salary of $120,000–$125,000, plus discretionary bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits including vacation, paid holidays, health & wellness coverage, and retirement plan participation with up to 7% employer contribution.
