As a Presales Engineer – Security Architect you will play a critical role in our team by providing technical expertise and guidance to our clients during the pre-sales and implementation process. You will work closely with our sales team to understand client requirements, design effective solutions, and demonstrate our commitment to delivering top-tier technology services. The ideal candidate should have a diverse skill set encompassing various technologies, including but not limited to F/5, Redhat, Ansible, OpenStack, Juniper, Rubrik, NetApp, Palo Alto, Cisco, and VMWare.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and develop comprehensive security architecture solutions that meet those needs.
- Technology Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in a range of technologies, including F/5, Redhat, Ansible, OpenStack, Juniper (Network), Rubrik (DR/Backup software), and NetApp.
- Technical Presentations: Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the capabilities of our solutions.
- Presales Support: Provide technical support throughout the presales process, including responding to technical inquiries, creating solution proposals, and addressing client concerns.
- Consultation: Offer expert advice to clients on building and enhancing their IT infrastructure, emphasizing a diverse and breadth of technology options.
- Zero Trust Architecture: While not mandatory, expertise in Zero Trust Architecture concepts would be a valuable asset in this role.
- Vendor Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with technology vendors, ensuring that you stay updated on the latest product offerings and trends.
- Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, enabling you to provide innovative solutions to clients.
- Proven experience as a Solution Engineer or Security Architect, with expertise in a wide range of technology solutions.
- Knowledge of security best practices and the ability to integrate security into architecture designs.
- Experience with Cloud technologies
- Familiarity with Palo Alto, Cisco, and VMWare technologies is a plus.
