Manager, Software System Administrator

POSITION SUMMARY
The Doyle Group is working with a well-known non-profit to help find a Senior Manager of Software Services. The Senior Manager, Software Services manages, evaluates, and maintains our software services to create an efficient and positive experience within the Association. This position will also manage an internal and external DevOps team working on our CRM (Salesforce), productivity tools (Wrike), and other software that we use throughout the association. The incumbent will also exhibit the core values of caring, honesty, respect, responsibility, and innovation in all aspects of their work.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Serves as the administrator of Salesforce and its associated platform software (TractionRec, NPSP, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) to ensure great customer experience and data integrity across the platforms.
- Serves as main point of contact for building reporting and new functionality (programs, membership types) within Salesforce and as main or co-project lead for new SaaS programs (ex: leads, Pardot, cases)
- Serves as the liaison between TractionRec, Salesforce, and the Solutions Center.
- Manges and serves as existing SaaS programs (SharePoint, Salesforce, Wrike, Mindbody, etc.); identify and manage enhancements and modifications to improve engagement, usage, adoption and/or to meet the changing needs of clientele, the organization, or the industry.
- Leading from the front by defining new and improved processes
- Oversee proposed solutions to problems and ensure the implemented software will meet business objectives well into the future.
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to identified challenges.
- Ensures that training materials and programs are current, accurate, and effective for each of the SaaS programs (UAT training).
- Identifies problems and opportunities such as operational changes or industry developments that our SaaS programs could improve.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Salesforce Administration Certification
• Exposure to TractionRec or NPSP apps that live on top of Salesforce, desired.
• Proficiency in programming languages including SQL, JavaScript, Python, etc.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Demonstrated ability in managing projects, implementation of new technologies, solutions, and integrations.
• Problem analysis and resolution at both a strategic and functional level
• Communicates effectively and can train and instruct users.
• Extremely organized and detail oriented.
• Highly collaborative with other executives and leaders to achieve organizational goals.
