Customer Care – Sr. Team Lead

POSITION SUMMARY:

One of The Doyle Group’s clients, a high growth startup in the e-commerce arena is currently seeking two (2) Customer Care – Sr. Team Leads to join their team on a remote basis supporting a multinational customer care team.  This role is responsible for the managing, training, coaching, and developing of a number of customer care teams whose primary responsibility is to support and ensure a world-class customer experience for vendors, consumers, and customers in a fast paced and high volume B2B /DTC environment.
