Gene is about igniting his team, candidates and clients to meet or exceed their potential while overseeing daily operations and internal staff for the recruiting arm of The Doyle Group. With over 20 years of experience and success in recruiting, talent acquisition and client development, Gene is a resourceful problem solver with an enthusiasm for leading and building strong relationships within the IT community across industries.

Gene graduated from Ohio State University with a Master’s Degree in Education and a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in English Literature and Economics.

Gene came to Colorado by way of Chicago in 2012. On the weekend you will find him enjoying family time, visiting national parks, at impressionist art exhibits, RVing, reading sci-fi, petting his dog and tinkering with his cars.
